I've been unhappy with my lifestyle as of late and I heard a lot of good things about this workout from some friends who are all about fitness so I figured I would give it shot. Some background, I've been a lazy ass doing virtually nothing for about a year now so naturally this was probably the best idea ever.......fml. So I popped in the fitness test disc just to see where I'm at, try and get a feel for how bad of an idea this actually was. Well Shaun T answered my question very quickly for me, it was an extremely bad idea. I made it through the warm-up and 4 exercises of the fitness test before I keeled over in an effort to die. To an avail, I was to exhausted to actually die. I've come to the conclusion that I won't be starting the actual workout for a couple weeks while I attempt to do these on a daily basis until I can atleast remain on my feet for the entire fit test. Maybe I'll get my fiancee to take some pictures of me getting the Shaun T express bending me over for your entertainment. More to come.....

actually looks really good. I wouldn't be able to finish it though. I have a pretty weak tolerance for these kinda things and I would give up pretty quickly

gogo link, what do u have to do. I've started working out vigoursly for 3-4 months now, I want to do the Spartan thingy in a years time. A big goal for me lol

That's a video of the fit test, it looks goofy and doesn't look like it'd be that hard but it is really intense. Atleast for those of us that are lazy and very out of shape.

Just lift weights and do cardio with high intensive intervals. Nothing really beats that imo.

Been there done that weights are not necessary, I'm not looking to bulk up, rather trim done.
