Been happening a lot to me over the past 2 days playing NL25 rush. People calling with simply garbage hands out of position and just catching. My 3bet is somewhat high playing rush as I try to take advantage of the infrequency I see some people, but today it seemed I could not get any credit for my 3bets, even when I had monster hands such as this.

I adjust of course to the regulars that have a good number of hands with me, but I still 3bet my wider range with people I have fewer hands with. Should I adjust to everyone and narrow my range or chalk this up as 3bet variance and continue with my current gameplan?

I think micro rush might be best suited for short stack strategy than full stacked.

Considering I have 2 aces, there are really only 2 hands here I see him having to call a 3bet out of position: A-Q and QQ. The only hand I see him raising here is A-Q, as typically if they had QQ or the full house on the flop, they would slow play it.

I put him on JJ-99, or pure air considering I am betting into a board that is hard for me to hit.

ppl at nl25 don't think about ranges or your hand.

they think that they have trips and are going to raise.

major leak: thinking ppl dont play bad hands and thinking ppl play the same ranges as you do in certain spots.

edit: and how can you say he can only call the 3b oop with AQ/QQ then put air and JJ-99 in his range when he raises? if he has air in his range, certainly he can have KQ/QJ?

I generally figure that fish are only willing to play 3 bet pots with top hands, such as high aces and top pairs

yea thats actually a pretty big leak alot of people have. i think shaun deep wrote a article about it but basically people get lazy and use there ranges in certain spots for other players "well it would be stupid to do this here with that so he cant have this etc" first off kq isnt even that terrible in rush because people can 3b alot v easily 2ndly its veeery naive to assume hes not calling with it let alone alooot of other hands. 3rd lol @ "i generally think FISH dont call with bad hands at 25nl lolololol you must not play very much rush
