good, this will make for an interesting experiment to see whether their crime rates drop at all, since they seem to feel the restrictions increased them. AFAIK Chicago is simply overrun with gang on gang violence. It's not like these guys are breaking into homes or mugging + killing folks on the street. And since apparently hardened gangbangers have no fear engaging in gun fights with each other, I doubt dumb white collar office workers who are now armed are going to pose much of a threat either. |
