Bad beat but jesus christ I suck lately.....(refer to hand above, even if he is hyper aggro, still completely butchered)

Past 3-4 weeks have literally been suckout and cooler hell for me. It has affected my play like crazy. I have to keep telling myself to stop betting to protect and bet for value at the stakes I play at (NL25 btw). However, it seems I either get no value from my hands or they are drawn out on in some way or cooler'd like the hand above.

Game confidence is crushed. I keep playing to try to break even and go up in rakeback, but I am not even able to do that. Been studying videos off of deucescracked and brushing up on fundamentals with a few 2+2 threads and the Easygame e-book I have. I generally feel my play is okay as of late, but I can't seem to pull together a winning session.

Think it is time to take a break from poker, so when SC2 comes back, maybe ill just drop poker for a week or 2. If anyone is an upcoming player in the lower leagues (below platinum or w/e the highest league is) and wants a little bit of help from a big nerd who has played starcraft for too long, PM me here and I would be willing to help you out.

P.S. Beta comes back thursday I believe, OMGBONER. Oh ya, below gif is guaranteed to put a smile on your face :D

not betting turn in spots like this is probably why you are not showing profit.

if he didnt raise the river, which people only very rarely do, then you are basically winning a tiny pot with the nuts.

coolers like this hand are unavoidable but its the "small" mistakes that really eat into your winrate.

having reread that last post it kinda comes across that im saying you are not running bad, you probably are, but what i mean is if you don't pick up enough value in all your hands then when you start running bad you are gunna see your profits nosedive
