i love you lemon <3

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

I think I know what you are trying to do and you are going about it the wrong way (like most people). You want to not be pissed off at getting coolered / bad beated during poker
What you should do is change your perspective on the results. It's not personal when some guy goes all in with bottom pair vs your overpair and hits, it's actually funny that people play so bad. You should be happy that people are making huge mistakes (if they are). There's more I can write you are interested but I g2g eat some food just fnished playing

i do 2 things when that happens

1. nod your head and say "good" ...
2. make an over-dramatic whisper-shout like AAHGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! and flap your hands about ...

THEN MOVE ON

i find if you do some conclusive behaviour like those, instead of slowly brooding over stuff, then it doesnt build up and cause tilt

Getting angry because of coolers and suck outs is illogical. Thats like being an UFC fighter and complaining that people punch you.

Many have vastly adapted modern betting patterns, but the other aspects of poker and hard work can't be learned through a couple online articles and a million hands, and still do and will divide the successful from the surviving.
