I'm not sure why, but I've noticed that every now and then, my notes on other players (pokerstars) disappear. It doesn't happen with all players, but randomly happens with some.
Is there a reason for this?
I know that when I used to use PT3, when pokerstars would crash, any notes that I had taken during that session would disappear. But that hasn't happened in months, so I was wondering why it would be happening. Thanks for any explanations

Happens to me too, most annoying thing ever. Before it used to be no notes were saved once applet closes. I mailed support and they told me to download some updated file of theirs and it got "better" in that old notes randomly disappears. I figured nothing I can do about that now. |

my roommate has the same problem, often. Happens to me once in awhile. |

happens to me too. i try to import my hands to hem after every session and use the hem notes instead of pokerstars notes. don´t know if pt3 has a similar future, i guess so. |

it happens when PS doesn't get shut down properly
the notes don't get saved if a disconnect leads to a shut down or if the program is immediately shut down I guess |
