Hi, im looking for someone to give me $45 on paypal for my $48 on Moneybookers. I need this asap so that i can buy a couple of things i need.

Don't do that with anyone you don't trust as anyone can chargeback ANY type of transfer on PayPal with an creditcard funded account, and all transfers except claimed&canceled gifts on PayPal.
If you don't understand just tell me and I'll explain.
