I've got this terrible problem where I can't sleep through the night...and it's pissing me off. I've done just about everything I can to make myself need to sleep at the right times, but I wake up after 3-4 hours of sleep every night and can't go back to sleep. It makes me want to kill something in a bad way.
Anyways thats me venting on that matter...Kinda. Good thing is i crush SnGs even more late at night, so I may be getting a quick session in, I dunno.

Any tips would be appreciated...I've tried alot...I've been waking up the same time every morning for the past few days... earlier this week i thought making myself stay up all day after i woke up the first time was a good idea...and only go to bed when i wanted to actually sleep 8 hours...that didnt work, i was just always super tired all day...took a 4 hour nap at night...was good all night...and then had to recommit to stay up all day...it was miserable... |

When I was under immense stress, I would wake up every night after 1-1.5 hrs of sleep.
It was pretty bad T_T
OP, do you think you're under stress atm?
How's your exercise? Your diet? |

stress lvl i'd say is at medium at best...I'm getting by...bills are getting paid and I could foreseeably start supplementing with a small amount of poker winnings so I dont think money is stressing me...I'm a pretty chill guy so it takes alot to actually stress me out.
exercise and diet....much room for improvement not going to lie....diet has been better over thepast coupla weeks but like i said...still eating fast food more then 3 times a week...
exercise is not a good topic...need to start no doubt but its difficult with noone to exercise with....Although i've about got a buddy convinced now its just a matter of finding time that we both have free to get in a weight room and such...
played college baseball...used to be in great shape and havent done much since then.....that kinda makes sense but i havent always had this problem and I havent worked out with any regularity for over 2 years... |

If she touches you 60% of the time, and is aggressive with her tits, you have it get it in before she crushes your nuts on the turn | |

Sleeping is funny. While we understand a lot, we really don't understand even half of it currently lol.
Best way to stop insomnia is routine. When you get into your bed, you should only use it to sleep. You should not eat, do homework, etc. if you have problems sleeping, as your body understands routine, and will adjust your body accordingly to the situation it is anticipating. So just as when you go to the gym and your body adjusts for physical activity, your body should expect to relax when you get into bed.
Exercise is always great for insomnia, but it should be done preferrably an hour or more before you go to sleep, as you want to give your body time to relax before entering into a sleep state.
Do you drink caffeine or alcohol? A lot of people will do so to get to bed, and have worked this into their sleep routine. However, what a lot of people do not understand is that these two substances can prevent you from reaching all 4 levels of your sleep cycle, which is not good. You may experience this after a night of drinking as you wake up after sleeping a full night and you feel fine in your muscles. However, your mind is very groggy and your thought process is still slowed down. The first level of your sleep cycle is for muscular regeneration and the later levels are for mental cognition.
Try these out, and see if it helps. If you need more help, feel free to message me |

Got no health insurance? Ok that sucks because it definitly can have something to do with your mental health in which case you can exercise as much as you want, take as many pills as you can and still will see no long term improvement. If indeed there is something that bothers you a lot the best thing would be to find a person you trust and try to talk about it, can do wonders. Well if thats not the case you could try valerian, hypericum or passiflora which are plants that have a stress reducing and/or sleep promoting effect but arent nearly as dangerous as benzodiazepines or any other strong hypnotics. |
