I recently sent a message to pokerstars VIP store to inquire about the status of some iPod that I ordered 4 weeks ago. To my dismay I receive no email response from them for 3 or 4 days.
Has anyone experienced similar silence from the VIPstore lately? Normally they are very receptive and quick to response.

When I ordered a book with some VIP points the disclaimer said it could take 4-6 weeks to ship. I am not sure if the same policy applies to electronics. |

i ordered the track jacket back in like april and it took maybe a week and a half. i'd probably email them again...it's shitty they didn't get back to you the first time but i guess the only thing you can do is bombard them with emails until they respond. |

I ordered a hoodie and it took about a month, and I think it was the wrong color, heh. Watermark looks cool though. |

up to 8 weeks they say and when 2 months pass thats when they send the stuff so in reality u have to wait longer. they've never pissed on my email tho |
