yo i just read ur post about leaving LP.. honestly i think im a frequent of this site and i spend 100X time on facebook and like every other site for that matter... just break it down to what this site is.. check in on new bullshit posts once and a while (obv dont read every post) and just filter through shit.. filter out the garbge, check the rofl n boobs thread.. and just rip through it quick..i spend less than 20 mins on this site per day.. i spend more time than that figuring ut what i wanna eat or when i wanna get out of bed.. seriously.. just wake up earlier if you care that much LOL.. EVERYONE here probly sleeps more than they need too, and if you EVER wanna get down to discipline.. get ur ass up earlier in the morning and let me know what the sunrise looks like..

This is probably false. Virtually everyone in today's society sleeps less than they need to.

It depends on what you mean with "need to". If you don't sleep enough, you very quickly become less intelligent than you would otherwise be. If your task is production work in a factory or sailing a boat, you probably don't need to sleep that much. If you use your brain, you probably need to sleep more than you currently do (8 hours per night monophasic or 7 hours per night biphasic are standard).
