Is there a law against downloading through torrent sites in germany ? Can i get a fine or smtng like that just for downloading ? Or do i have to seed too ? Or either way i d get screwed ?

u should be careful man, the german government is on to you! If they find out u posted this u might get in trouble. Safest thing to do is unplug ur modem and go read some books.

Easiest way to stay undetected is probably to either buy a usenet subsription or to try and get into a members only torrent site.

now serious dont download via torrent in germany. the government wont do shit, but the right-owners will. so u will get screwed.

just use one-click hoster and you will be fine. torrents are so 2007

use PeerBlock, it's not perfect I'm sure but it's free and can't hurt.
