Setups, stuff like AA vAKo lost. nothing working at all, people always have it blah blah....Most of this is NL50 too.
I def. started tilting near the end and today.
TT was right that I need to get more confidence because I just stop believing in myself and in my game way too easily and just stop focusing... I haven't felt the inner strenght and self confidence (you know the feeling that you are an awesome person) in some 3 years. I will try to restart playing floorball (Innebandy/Sallibandy), I used to play it at the highest level in the goals and I was on the top of the world with my self belief when I was playing highest Czech league 5 years ago.
Going to the gym just doesn't cut it anymore

Where in the UK can you play floorball?
I am having a floorball match in 1h and after a tilting losing session its the best activity there is.
Atleast for me, as the ball starts moving, my head gets totally wiped clean of any negative thoughts. |

I'm more disappointed in that red line. You used to rock the non-showdown pots. |

Awesome dude, my thought exactly. Floorball used to be a way of life for me, not just a sport and all my self esteem and recognition came from it.
Scotland has just one league and everyone can come and play lol. There is a team in Edinburgh consisting of Czechs, Finns a girl from Denmark used to play.
Right now I am reluctant to play because I will be shit to when I can remember, and I am so fat... Really lack of confidence, the bar is so high for me, I used to be the best keeper in Scotland probably UK when I came here, I was even coaching a team of 20 grown men. I just can't find the confidence to even show up now at this shit team now (I haven't played for like 1.5 years).
Collective sport to which you are committed in general is just too good for a poker player...
Regular exercise that you can't skip, you have other goals with immediate results other than poker, and you get the much needed human interaction and it just completely takes your mind off poker. I fucking have to push myself, go there this Friday and make amends with reality, and make it a goal to get floorball going again |

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, as it's driven by concern more than anything else, but...
Lemon, are you winning since going "pro"? |

whenever I have a small dowswing I feel like I can never win again, only way to boost the confidence level is to start winning in my experience |
|
Browsing through your hand histories makes me wonder that you might not be aware these games are possibly play money. Have you ever tried to cash out? - Kapol | |

I have confidence in my betting patterns and I know that I can win, there is no doubt that I am a 4BB/100+winner at NL50 when I play my A game and table select slash bum hunt...
And if I am so low I can always go to my 8BI HU roll and play some NL25 HU at merge. But thats not the point.
I just lose confidence in myself as a person so easily, virtually all my down swings were caused by being overstressed in RL, shit nutrition and time management. I have been ill for the most part of October and fallen into the crap overeating no exercise random sleeping pattern style again... |
