Found a rakeback offer from Fulltilt in my Mail last Week and thought it would be a good time to play some poker again. Moved my roll to FT and started playing: nl10 rush.
so much fun and i literally went on a rush. made like 20 buyins in 15k hands. took a shot at nl25 and got owned for 4buyins. i tell ya nl25 is so stupid. nitty as fuck and no real degenerates like on higher levels. i know its a common meme here on lp to make fun about skipping nl25 but i really think about doing it. back at nl10 i had the most swingy 25k hands ever and eventually came out breakeven which leaves me sitting at 340$. questions is now: is rush really worth it? is it just a huge coolerfest? are there any LPers regularly playing at micro rush limits with positive results? like to share some tactixx?
graphs ,stats and some hands later when im home...

Rush poker really set my game back as far as handreading, developing reads, etc. goes. I consider the huge advantages of a better player to be analyzing stats, taking notes, and abusing their leaks as a player. With Rush poker, you can't take advantage of this nearly as much, which brings the equity closer toward breakeven for the fishier players if they play the game in a pure equity sense, ESPECIALLY NITS.
However, if you are doing it for fun, I say go for it |

Hi.One tip that I can give you about rush poker is that most of the players play multiple limits at once, so when you play NL10 you actually play vs NL5 and NL25 players too. That's why I think you should chose agressive bankroll management and play the highest resonabale limit with your bank. |

plus side of rush is you get more hands per hour and don't need to play as much to get significant value. NL 10 rush is easy as hell if you loosen up a lot but NL 25 rush is balls hard, at least in my opinion. |

Im still undecided about rush. I've been playing it a lot recently, and my hourly is higher than playing the same limit non-rush. While I dont get to keep position on fish, the sheer volume of hands with them make up for it. |

I did fine. I played Rush on NL 50 a lot 10 months ago. Started with a $100 bankroll again about 3 months ago on NL 10. Ran that up to $250 and played NL 25 till $1250 and played NL 50 till $4500. Just don't play stupid or make dumb bluffs and 3 bets and your going to win. |

What were you 3 betting? I've been kinda randomly clicking buttons in position vs nits not really knowing the most optimal line to stack them. Or do you just bumhunt rush tables too? |
