Main Event - 643rd place - $904.14
6-max KO - ~1300th place - $0 + $120 for 3 KO's
Total = $1024.14
I'll do the math and send the money in the morning, I traveled all night home from a basketball tournament and went straight to playing poker for 10 hours and I'm really tired.

damnit i was so sad when you rammed A2 into the AQ.
better luck next time.
Although consider folding in spots like that. you have close to 0% fold equity even when villain opens top ~50% of hands. he's going to be calling close to 80% of that 50% even for the amount of chips you had after committing a raise into the pot. Although I still don't mind the gamble but i feel you could pick out better spots with higher FE to pick up chips. |

ya a couple things i was thinking when i did this:
1. he had been open shoving his 18-25bb stack for the last hour or so.
2. I wanted to double up sooner rather than later so I could build a big stack.
3. I expect him to fold here a higher percentage of the time than usual because he just won a few pots.
4. Any Ace is beating his 72% steal percentage over 400 hands. |
