i know the exact problem youre having, here's support's response to me:
(cliffs: change your hh import path from /fulltiltpoker/ to fulltiltpoker/handhistory)
Are you perhaps using Holdem Manager?
There's a problem with Holdem Manager where it moves your Language files from their directory when it imports hands, which can cause error messages that requires you to reinstall. To solve this, change your Holdem Manager import settings for Full Tilt to point directly to your Hand History file instead of the Full Tilt directory.
Unfortunately you will need to reinstall the client afterwards.
First, trash the current copy of our software on your computer by following these steps:
1) Go to your "Applications" folder and trash "FullTiltSetup".
2) Follow the above step for any files located on your desktop or in your downloaded folder.
3) Empty your trash.
Next, download our software at: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com
Please do not use Internet Explorer to download our software. Instead, we recommend using a Mac friendly browser such as Apple's Safari or Mozilla Firefox. Also, if you have a two-button mouse, please left-click the download button rather than using the right-click or Ctrl-click. This will ensure a proper download.
The downloaded file can be found in the same location as your previous downloads, usually on the Desktop. The downloaded file is called "FullTiltSetup.dmg", and its icon looks like a small gray hard disk on top of a page.
Now you're ready to install our software. If you have multiple user accounts created for your computer, please log in as an administrator and follow these steps:
1) Double-click "FullTiltSetup.dmg" (The DMG file may open automatically and reveal the setup file).
2) Double-click the icon named "FullTiltSetup" on your Desktop.
3) Double-click the Full Tilt Poker installation file.
4) You will be prompted to enter your system password to proceed with the installation of the software.
Once the installation is complete, you can connect to our software by clicking on the "Full Tilt Poker" icon in your "Applications" folder. |
