small sample so far but everything has gone very well.
I have been practicing some serious table selection now that I am playing standard full ring tables. Poker is a lot easier when you find sick fish and make sure they sit on your right.
Still don't really like the slow rate of hands being played but my thought process has felt almost perfect since I slowed down. I just need to put in more hours and continue to isolate the weaker players.
Gl to everyone in December.

Boring is the nature of full ring tables sir. If it were 6-max tables I would say play less tables, but, to me at least, full ring seems to be a little more robotic and a lot more folding, so perhaps more tables will be better? |

I hear ya Cheddar, I've dropped down to just playing 1 table of rush at a time. It's a little depressing at micro stakes because I really fail to see how playing for pure value isnt a winning strategy, but my winrate has improved drastically and I'm running like 30/22, just seizing any opportunity to win pots. So many EV spots I've been ignoring when multi-tabling, so I've come to accept that playing better > volume. |
