Hm since i got a new computer the auto password remember firefox function can no longer be used
I know what my password is but i am unsure about 1-2 letters in terms of Cap or non Cap
Yay i did manage to do it wrong 3 times in a row and my account is now closed ... ( 330β¬ still in it)
support@neteller.com does not answer to e-mails

hm i filled aout a ticket and they wrote me back that i can write another ticket when i know i am availible and they will call me within 3 hours after i send my 2nd ticket
will probably all be solved without problem the next days |

I started a Neteller account in like April 2007 when i started poker
for some strange reason Neteller doesnt take fees when i cashin/out of pokerstars
However it does take fees on Fulltilt and Absolute Poker ( ~ 1- 1,5 % from my experience)
I once e-mailed FTP why they do charge 1,5% of every cashout i do and they replied that its not them but neteller ...
If that was true... why dont i get charged when cashing out of pokerstars ^^
cashing from Neteller to Bank account is - 10$ always
Not too bad imo since i cash out 1one a month at maximum |

Your account isnt closed, they just limit how many failed login attempts can be performed from one IP to make sure nobody is trying to hack your account. Try logging in from another location, or just wait for the time to expire from your home IP. |
