I just logged into my account today after not logging in for over a month and everything completely reset like its a brand new account. So I start off with 1000 play chips and all of my money is gone... bugging or did they just steal my money? I had ~$500 left online after I withdrawing $250 from this account

and yeah it's FTP
and I just reinstalled the client on my computer (could that be why?)
and last login was nov18th (the day I withdrew money) so nobody hacked into my account.

I can't see transfer history though because I have no real money on this account so the cashier is different.

I emailed them but they havent gotten back to me, but that's probabaly cuz its christmas?
