You should first off all put that used to beat that and that stake before away.
Just put the focus on where it should be.
Beating NL 10 isnt to hard, just play straight forward solid poker.

Rake makes it very difficult to beat the stakes below NL100 when there are lots of regs in the games. If you have the coin you should probably deposit like 1K on some random site and crush NL50 HU. |

what sample size are you losing at nl10 over? how many years have you taken off? i mean sure games are tougher but nl10 should still be cake for a former 400 reg.
if you play on stars i'd deposit 700-800 and play the 100-250bb 25nl tables they are ridiculous free money given the stakes. |
