Hello,

Thinking of purchasing a laptop for poker. Minimum requirements - i3 or equivalent processor. 4 gbs of ram, 7200 RPM HD. Windows 7.

http://www.buy.com/prod/asus-k72jr-x5...2-66ghz-with/q/loc/101/216885054.html

$700

Another potential laptop

$500

Please let me know your thoughts on either and if anyone can find a better deal that I end up purchasing I will send you $5 on Pokerstars.

(insert joke about poo and the requirement to keep playing, thus needing a laptop, using the words "deuce" and "in the hole" here)

ontopic: consider putting a solid state drive in there, they cost a bunch but it's by far the best upgrade possible for any system

choosing from options given its a no brainer to go for the asus, since it has a better processor, bigger screen and non-shared graphics card
however, i do believe it will produce more db's and it is less portable since its bigger + heavier

it is just about what ur needs are, since we're comparing 2 laptops that imo fall in completely different ranges
