sounds like you got a bit overconfident after the first 7k hands. try to remember that anything can happen in 7k hands. dont let it get to your head and focus.

either way, sucks for the loss. ive had 2 of those days in the last 2 weeks.

May be so >< It was mostly the fishes sucking out on me one too many times that got me to lose my cool.. I started paying off spots where I know I can fold and shoving hands w/o much thought behind it..

I'm pretty confident in my ability to crush 100nl tho. Since I picked poker back up last month I played about 50k hands or something and doing about 8BB/100 hands. (obv bit of run good as well).

Mate, if you don't tilt much and your worst monkey tilt ever resulted in a 10k hand breakeven stretch I think you can sit back, tell yourself never to do it again, and be very happy with an extremely cheap lesson.

When one of my mates tilted, he took 6 tables 25-50 and slammed all in on all tables and threw the laptop in the trashcan and left the hotell room.
