In December I started using Auto Time sheet and let it run in the background.

The total since December 1 is 618 hours. So I spent 8.4 hours/day average each day doing stuff on my PC!

The breakdown is:

13 days clear time internet browser. A ton of stuff is poker some 60% will be LP/DC/vids/PTR and the rest online shows like Hell's kitchen (I saw all episodes) youtube, futurama, and uni studies.

5.3 days clear time poker (Active in client+HM analysis+Pokerstove/equilab+notepad+excel calcs. Analysis took some 25% of my poker)

1.17 days clear time media player (poker vids I dled are in this, but mostly movies)
1.1 days Skype/MSN (mostly poker)
1.6 days Word/power point for writing uni stuff/studying and writing poker notes.

Bottom line is:
Wasted time much lol?
Of the time I am on my PC I spent just 16% clear time actually playing poker at the tables, where that is supposed to be my primary activity!

DC coaches will tell you 'thinking about poker counts too' but I am more like a poker fan/nerd than an actual player! Furthermore, My time spent on studying for Uni is just some 40 hours in last 76 days, which is really not a lot considering that all exams were online this year and the time includes most of my preparation/writing times...

And yet...I feel constantly stressed and tired, my house gets messy all too often, I forget things and I have been in a state of burnout past several weeks with my ability for social interaction reduced, ability to avoid tilt shattered, and my eyes twitching constantly which apparently is a sign of severe stress :O

There are loads of them online, maybe you will find a better one. This one is
http://autotimesheet.com/

I am not good with it, but you could group stuff to know how much you spend on specific websites etc. and it doesn't slow down your PC and is pretty straightforward and is a freeware.

The down side to this one is that sorting doesn't work well and is slow when you got a large database. But you can copy/paste to Excel easily and sort it there.

The good news is, I do know. I just read a book from one Aikido Master who was a head of a psychology institute and a fighter pilot who shared his views on learning and Mastery in life. His views correlate almost perfectly with what some high achievers who are simultaneously very happy in life that I had the privilege to talk to do.

The 'bad' news is, it is a lifelong process with expected setbacks, tough negotiations with yourself and those around you, and especially if you were suppressed in childhood by parents and school and were constantly told what you can't do it will be hard to teach yourself to just go and do things that are important without hard inner resistance. 'For every two steps forward, be prepared to have to take one step backward' is a fitting quote from the book.

I don't want to spend 70% of my time doing non-productive things where I could be making friends/helping my community/ spending time with family or simply mastering my primary goals such as uni and poker, and realizing how much time is wasted is the first step.

Lemon, imo, you think too much and don't do enough.

My 2 cents

I am a degen. Do not believe in any of my advice.

Ugh, I have the same problem. I need to grind, and I often find myself in a less than ideal situation to grind. I don't want to grind if I only have like an hour or two to grind, I'd like to free up my day to grind. Also, I don't play if I'm sick, tired, drunk or high. I'm usually tired because I don't take care of my body. Sad.

The whole point :O

Also, the fact that I am posting this and that I spent 30 minutes in this thread shows you something. I could have watched a Giggy video or have been running for 30 minutes instead. But when you have been doing everything at the last moment and looked for approval and instruction of others instead of just doing whatever the hell you want your whole life it takes time and courage to change and just do what you want to do and be out there
