NL 10 is going to be a lot tougher than NL 5. You have to look at your opponents carefully and try to put them on a range of hands and see if your hand can match up with the range (I assume you use a HUD. If not, you should really go get one for NL 10 and beyond).

There will be a lot of instances where you have QQ+ and will isolate a limper. The board will come all low cards, say 2 5 7. You almost always get it in here at NL 5 but now that people are slightly better you have to be more careful. If your HUD tells you that villain is a really big nit and he starts raising crazy on this board, more often than not it's a set and you might have to fold.

I would be more careful with getting QQ or AK in preflop anymore. Unless villain's seem really bad or shortstacked, I would not be committing QQ or AK for 100bb or deeper preflop because at this stake most of the regs all in range preflop only consists of KK/AA.

Start thinking about why you are making bets and what you want to achieve. Automatic system mode isn't going to cut it at this stake and you will be forced to get better if you want to start winning. It took me about a year and a half to figure out how to adjust properly and beat NL 10 cause I'm bad. If you have the desire to get better, you must be disciplined and learn.
