All I can tell you is to not get lost and end up in North Korea..

You should check out the lotte mall and the other supermalls over there. Its not really my cup of tea, but its the only thing I remember about korea, the insanely large malls. For reference they are called 'beck hwa jum'. Just be like 'Where is BIG beck hwa jum'?. They also have a ton of things going on in seoul at night. Stay in Seoul and wander around at night in downtown and you should find plenty of things to do. I mean I visited some buddhist temple in the middle of nowhere, climbed one of the tallest mountains and really you can skip all that cause Korea has changed just so much in the last few years.

There are a TON of places to eat, and I can't give you any references, but a lot of them aren't any good so I guess be picky about where you eat. And go to 'PC bang' afterwards to play all the games in the known universe.

Oh man, and if you can find one, go to a nice japanese restaurant over there. They make some killer noodles, and shrimp tempura. It's quite lovely.

Some nice foods to eat there are, 'sam gyub sal' pork belly , 'de Jee bool go gi' bbq pork (if they make it with sam gyub sal its THE BEST), 'bool go gi' bbq beef. Those are the big things I like to eat. They are distinctly korean bbq and my mom and pops make it, so sick I know. try the bbq versions first, just cooking unseasoned pork belly 'sam gyub sal' is a big part of korean dinner/drinking culture. Should experience it at least once.
'Nak Jee Bo gum' is a spicy octupus dish that is awesome and served best with rice, def fave. After a meaty meal you usually have one of two types of neng myun. 'Mool neng myun' is a noodle soup which salty and sour, my fave but not for everyone. 'Bi Bim neng myun' is a dry noodle dish with spicy sweet sauce, which is another great dish.

Galbi is Korean BBQ, good stuff if you go to the right place. Try dog if you want to as well. Try a live squid, beef sushi (some parts of beef can be consumed raw if the meat is fresh). Sang-Go-Gi is a word for a meat that's been butchered that day. Try them, it's fresher and tastier (not necessarily only beef sushi). Checkout all the marketplaces and hot night life around Korea. Not sure where exactly it is now for night life.. I think it changes often due to trends. Try going to the fish marketplaces, they're fun to just to walk around in. Usually, any streets around famous universities are a great place to hang out because it's where all the young people are at.
