i would worry more that your winrate in nl10 was way bigger compared to the breakeven run in nl25 according to ur ev graph.
try to improve your game and keep the volume up, soon you 'll run hotter than you ever imagined

focus less on being jinxed / running bad, even if you ran at EV youre just about breaking even at NL25 over 92k hands so youve got stuff to work on and let the variance sort its self out.

I think that the reason I've been playing so bad on nl25, was because when I first moved up to nl25 I didnt play like I did at nl10. I was playing really bad, 3betting more/less giving people way to much credit (when in fact the fish are just as bad as the ones on nl10), and all kinds of stuff. And probably my biggest issue was that I didnt play with a stoploss (right now im playing with a 2bi stoploss it makes wonders. And also the only reason I've been able to keep playing nl25 has been because I've won a couple of tournaments.

But I think my biggest problem is emotional control, I tilt so easily, if I make one mistake I get mad at myself and start playing like shit - Are there any good ways to control tilt?

Way to control tilt could be to switch to PLO and OHL for a while.
When you come back to holdem, you are tilt resistent

how many tables do you play? im assuming its between 10-24 because of how many hands you've played, and how much you've swung. i had 40 bi swings when i mass tabled but since i dropped down to 4 tables my swings never exceed 20BI. i think you should do 4-6 tables because your winrate is kinda shoddy even with all the EV. with that winrate you'll never move out of nl25 and i would suggest doing small amounts of tables and focus on improvement until your winrate is a solid 2bb/100 over the next 100k hands. Then you can start mass again once you've collected good notes and established your dominance at the level, and the money will flow in.

Still u have some issues with your game cos youre not beating 25nl.

also I only play 4-6 tables (sometimes I 10-12 table) depending on my mood. But these hands are also over a span of over 1-1½ year.
