Ive played scratch cards since i was like 12, my dad used to buy a couple for me every now and then.

They also make awesome presents for friends/family if u dont know what to get them

I had a decent ROI when i first started grinding them, prolly down lifetime now though

Everything you said is 100% accurate and happens to me as well.
I fucking rage inside when people ask me for 3 poker lotto all on different tickets..... WOW. You fucks. It's the same shitttttttt

Actually one day it was so bad, i just started telling people poker wasent working on the OLG terminal.... T.T.

But somehow it's better to know other people are suffering the same way I am.

Yeah, it's a bitch that's for sure. I try to zone the fuck out while working. It's also annoying with the recent scandal in lotto with retailers cheating on people (which was a godsend for OLG because the higherups were rigging the odds in their favour and shit, and that scandal popped to save their face and blamed everything on retailers), it forces people to sign their tickets.

Usually, with poker lotto, I would just validate it on the spot if they had won the instant ticket. Then I had this one faggot customer give me an ill look and said bitterly, "you should really let me sign that". As if I'm going to cheat you out of a fucking free ticket you old fuck. Being cheated out of your ticket from a retailer is like fucking impossible if you are even remotely conscious.

So with poker lotto, there's a ton of give back ticket, receive ticket, validate, wait more, get new ones out, .. lot of work for nothing.

That lag you are talking about actually has a psychologically effect that makes people want more. Basically the lag makes their brain want the game even more so even if they just bought one ticket, once that lag kicks in their anticipation rises and that get a rush for a few seconds. After getting pwned they want that anticipation again.

The same site is built into a lot of things even if it doesn't have to lag. A lot of games have lag points, corporate or even random software have lag points on purpose because people expect and want it lol. An example is Angry Birds. There is a delay in some spots that are potentially there on purpose. Same goes for software related to updates/downloads/tasks performed. Sometimes that little "waiting screen" is fake to give the presence that is actually doing something while that thing actually took 0.2seconds.
