pretty sick workout. And yea those T pushups I prolly would fail there for sure. Definitely wouldn't be able to do it once let alone 3 times lol.

60 sec is a looong time on some of those routines.

After all is said and done, more is said than done.

not a big crossfit guy but there is no denying that that workout would have some impact on body composition lol. all of those are amazing movements too. personally i prefer to keep my cardio separate (if dieting) and just go heavy on variations on a lot of those movements among others on their respective days but that's pretty sick. if i ever get caught somewhere where i don't have access to some heavy weights for a few days i'll have to give this a go.

i'm actually kinda curious though for ppl that train this way. there is no doubt that this kind of training would shred you up ridic and improve cardiovascular extremely well but it seems pretty terrible for lean muscle mass gains unless you were a beginner. thoughts?

that mountain climber thing looks tough but convenient if you dont have time or space for running

Agreed, the only area that this is perfect for is abs (all of those involve them pretty much). For me as a fat pig and a floorball goalkeeper this seems perfect to do though, it just makes you overall fit with your whole body involved and works as cardio at the same time.

A lot of those movements you will see used amongst those training MMA. This workout seems to build up your core and would improve functional strength. Not really for someone looking to build bulk but for over weight people or out of shape people looking to get in shape. For most people even those who are pretty fit but stick to only one form of exercise ie/ running or weights they will def start to realise they have muscles they never knew they had. This workout also has things in common with interval training so should boost cardio. However like someone said 1 min is a long time for some of these exercises (not very long for others). Personally I stick to weights every other day and interval training on the alternate days. With an emphasis atm on my core because I think it is weak.

I thought doing everything once would be enough but yet the Gods see fit to spread cheek and shove cock up fucking ass! 3? 3 Circuits? This sacrifice best yield results...if you value your cock attatched to your balls.

Yup, definitely, pumping heavy weights in short series and separating muscles groups is way more effective in term of pure mass gain. No doubt. I think that training is very effective though when you are in the fat loss period where you want to do as much cardio as possible to get ripped, I see two advantages: Training your muscles and thus reduce the inevitable loss during diet and it seems very tough on the heart (fractionned exercices are always tough cardio wise). I'm pretty sure he did not build that body on this training alone, you'd be far from that kind of result w/o a good classical weight lifting....

Very nice if you already did the mass gaining phase and want to get ripped fast, I'm probably gonna give it a try

Odds are exactly 50%: it either happens or not
