been smoking heavily since 23 years ago, switched to e-cigs and its been 2 months no smoking and im not even looking for it anymore, i ran out of e-cigs yest but i dont even look for it as well. did not gain weight since quitting and been jogging recently and enjoying not being winded after 15 seconds lol. i strongly urge people who cant seem to quit thru willpower or patches/oral fixation stuff to try ecigarettes. its not perfect but its a start to get rid of the habits u get from smoking. the other day a friend offered it to me and i did not hesitate to try a cigarette again to test myself and it tasted and smelled like shit. ecigs man, theyre like power bracelets! lol

Hm I've smoked past 2 nearly 3 years, but i rarely smoke nowadays just in clubs or while i drink coffee. I can go without smoking for weeks and dont feel the desire to light up a cigarette. However I still do smoke cause im used to it and im not quite sure if im addicted or not. I mean i dont have the nicotine desire, I usually light up a cig cause its my personal choice. I wonder if im somehow leveling myself to think that and infact im actually addicted or if thats just the truth huh

i will recommend ecigs to any LP smoker and will guarantee that you will stop smoking cigarettes once u try it. obv i have urges from time to time but i have a 2 year supply of e-cigs here and i tihnk ill be safe for now lol
