I've been trying this April to avoid having losing sessions! (good plan right) So far it has gone pretty well as you can see from the screenshot below, but when I do decide to have a losing session, I need to make sure it isn't all my monthly profits

Played about 4k hands each of 2/4 and 1/2 PLO so far this month winning at both. I'm really going to start trying to climb out of my 100plo and 200plo hole on PTR that I am currently in. Have been doing well at 100plo so far this month so hopefully I can accomplish that by the end of this month. I'm down about 100 buyins at 200plo though so that one will be more challenging. I really want to start a new diet this month that I will post in the next few days and try to get some feedback from all you diet/workout pros on liquid for ways to make it best. I'm aiming for 200k hands or 20k profits from the table this month so hopefully can combine that with a new diet for a good all around month.

Heres my biggest losing hand so far this month at 1/2. I think I like leading the flop with pair+gutter+bfd, I don't really think I can ever fold on this flop

why dont you coach lowstakes PLO up to 200nl Joe? you seem to be competent enough, itll prob help discipline your playing routine, help your game out and also make some hooker and blow money on the side just sayin. what you think?

I actually don't know if your being serious or not lol. My 100/200plo results are pretty terrible (most of these hands are from 24 tabling/buying in for 50bbs when I didn't know how to play but still). I'm 1ptbb at 2/4 mass tabling also but I people aren't going to want to pay someone money to teach them how to beat stakes they aren't even up money at. I'm sure it would help me stay a little more disciplined and talking any PLO for me helps my game out a ton though

Are you sure about that? Especially when you have an image going on and getting known? :D

You should post the 1 hand where you made 144.50 and immediately quit.

Avoiding losing sessions is obviously super great. But It usually ends up with you having 15+ straight winning sessions and refusing to quit the 16th losing 20 BI .

i prefer the "isildur PLO" theory that poker hands are infinite anyway so nothing matters anymore lol

ofcourse it looks like it's gone well so far

I don't see the point of all this..1 hand session..36 hand session, 39 hand session.. sure it makes the screen shot look better with all the green sessions, but look at how many hands are played. seems pointless to hit and run all these people.

I dont know what a dt drop is. Is it a wrestling move? -Oly

I'd rather quit my sessions when i'm playing bad or get tired, i mean you start to tilt but are losing so you just keep playing worse and worse just to get back in the green which will result in more losses imo. That is confirmed by your ss too, the longest session you played was a big losing one.

how can u shove the river, he cant possibly call with worse -TalentedTom

It doesnt have to be tilt.

Adult human keeps best concentration for 45minutes-1:30h, then it starts to decrease - obv some people will drop it way faster, some way slower, but it still happens.
