Petty things that tilts me.

1) I am an English major and I used it incorrectly. Some customer corrected me one day and I got into a heated debate. Once I found out that I was very wrong, I felt like a jackass.


2) There's a campus coffee shop that has muffins in separate trays with NO LABELS. I hate looking like a prick by picking up the muffin, inspecting it closely, still unsure and putting it back. There's no real way to know until you take a bite...


3) Signing the end of a letter is formal and people have just transferred it over to e-mails. It's unnecessary at times (like the Oxford comma) but it's not wrong.


4) That's why I always take a half bite and inspect what the hell is inside. The worst is buying a box of chocolates with no labels on what is inside.


8) What the fuck, do you have the same job as me? I do poker lotto as well and it sucks ASS when they keep winning a free ticket. I work at a drug store too so people are just waiting in line to get their meds and other more important things. If you want to play lotto and see a line up, go to a fucking convenience store. (Gas stations prob also rage at this)


9) Seniors are worse. At least kids have some physical dexterity. Seniors take 100 years to get their change out. I end up picking it out of their hands before they even ask to speed up the process.

I work at a corner store owned by my family in a busto little town. Kids here have zero dexterity, and cannot even perform the most rudimentary math regardless of their age (it's not surprising to see even 20-30 year olds give me a bunch of change and ask me how many 5c candies they can grab). Something that doesn't happen in Toronto. But standard here. Oh and FYI - poker lotto sucks for everyone, even for a convenience store worker, you dick.

Agree that raisins are evil, especially hidden in cookies and stuff.

I never thought of myself as having peeves, but as I've grown older I guess my internal tolerance for certain bullshit has diminished and..

1) I don't like being lied to over trivial things
2) I really dislike people talking about a topic in sure terms when they are practically ignorant about a subject
3) I dislike people who won't take responsibility for their part in a situation, always placing the blame entirely somewhere else in their narrative of a story, even though they clearly had a part in their own misfortune or whatever the subject is.
4) I hate quacks and dislike people who are easily mislead by them in serious ways
5)I hate people who hate raisins!

I sound too harsh saying I 'dislike people who are fooled easily', I mean I just wish they were more intelligent.
