I think buffalo could for sure pull an upset that series which is why Im saying 7 games. Miller can steal a series for sure. Buffalo is gonna need every to score this series instead of vanek doing it all lol.

Yea Washington had a super tough time with them in the regular season. I dont bet sports but if I did I would take you up on that. I think playoffs is a whole different beast. So many great matchups this year. Cant wait :D

Agreed that buffalo could deffinetly beat philly, philly's goaltending is already there weakest point, and with Pronger not playing round 1 it's gonna be tough.

Yeah, even as a Caps fan, I have the 5, 6, 7, and 8 teams in the East going through. Despite the game 1 win, I'm just really afraid of the up and down action the Caps like to run getting stuffed by opposing goaltending. I feel like the Caps really need some way to get John Erskine out of the lineup, because he's a serious liability on defense.

Wow was I ever wrong about the East. Philadelphia and Boston squeaked out in 7 games each, Boston doing it in overtime, while Washington put away their series in emphatic fashion. In the West, Detroit impressed while Vancouver showed some serious flaws which Nashville will look to take advantage of. In the end, it was an upsetless round, with the only lower seeds winning being the two 5 seeds against the 4 seeds.
