to get HEM to work, go to import, then click blue icon - click here for auto import folders - then click Auto Detect at the top.

Hit OK and HEM will work.

What he said. I noticed there's a lot of bugs with the program and a lot of the hotkeys don't work, a lot of the roommates who are using this seem to be using it solely for the auto-timebank, so be careful if you're using this, especially if you're deep in something, Ryan :D

Just to say guys,
I'm not putting him up to this, and if you could see the amount of PM and effort he has put into asking me, prodding me and explaining to me where Merge is good or bad and the amount of feedback I've gotten from him, this has been a very long process. Right from the beginning when I started to post of LP he was quite, and rightfully so, critical and he can't even get RB on Hero cause he has it on BlackChip (sorry if that was inappropriate to disclose), but I think he appreciates that fact that I'm trying to work through the numerous issues.

Merge is Merge and just because the eyes are now focused on Merge isn't going to make it an FTP or PS anytime soon, but since they are small as a network and Hero is small as new site, we can react as quick as possible to issues. And I'm just saying this because it wasn't like Neilly woke up one day and said, Hey Dave Hero is cool, this guy hammered me like every day I got here and followed up with showing me how our MTT scheduled sucked balls etc. So I've forwarded that directly to the guys who handle the MTT set up at Merge and they took it seriously.

Look I don't even get my own pros to come out and say, 'Hero is great, Dave is great, etc' (except on twoplustwo cause they really requested it, so Gavin, Terrence and Rekrul posted), but I wouldn't put Neilly up to doing that either, not in this way. But he definitely gives me a lot of feedback and I definitely appreciate it as well and it wasn't something easy for me to get him to think I was legit either.

This is usually why the hotkeys don't work:

1) Go to C: Program Files (x86)RunBetterPoker.com MergeKeys
2) Right click the MergeKeys .exe and select Properties
3) Click the Compatibilty tab
4) Under Privilige Level, select Run this program as administrator
5) Redo the initial setup

Black carpet shouldn't be used unless you are using MergeMods......which is something I whipped up in my spare time. Also adds Full Tilt sounds to Merge and allows you to edit sounds and table image files. Unfortunately I haven't figured out how to insert card mods just yet.
