*Casino Jack - Story of a washington lobbyist(kevin spacey) and his partner/buddy's rise to fame doing what they do best -> lobby for special interest groups and get paid. Nice story with a bit of a narrative, not sure if the guy really existed or not, seems like he did or is loosely based on someone. Overall highly recommended and gives you an idea how government is just one big shopping mart for people with money.
*Shelter - Psychologist (julianne moore)tries to figure out a schizo patient of her likewise Psychologist dad, the guy seems to be exhibiting psychological and supernatural symptoms, a really decent horror/suspense movie which takes you to uncomfortable places and forces you to cover your eyes -please do not watch with gf or date if you do not want her to think you're a big pussy. Solid flick.
*I saw the devil- Awesome korean crime/suspense/drama/gore movie where our hero is just as sick as the serial killer who did his fiancee, instead of just getting even, he let's him go and has fun by making his whole existence a living nightmare, watch this please
*Four Lions - Funny mid-eastern dudes based in europe who try too hard to be terrorists, just saw first few minutes of this and going to update later
barely decent:
*The big bang - antonio banderas is trying to unravel the mystery behind a missing girl (it's just ok)
*Lesbian vampire killers - just ok title says it all
*Electra Luxx - some ok movie if you have a day to burn
*My soul to take - watchable
I won't mention the rest of the garbage I watched lol
P.S.TV series
Damages season 3 - I loved this up to season 2 but this one was a serious letdown
Breaking Bad season 3 - Sadly I feel the same way, seems like this one is going down the toilet as well. Season 4 might save it for me though. weird.

I was gonna post Four Lions as a recommended in your next blog, and there it is.
Watched it the other day, its very very funny and really well written (you probably have to enjoy British Comedy)
Id highly recommend it.
Its written by Chris Morris, whos a rather reclusive british comedian (hes best known for Brass Eye)

The story is all over the place, like they just wanted to build up the story using really big cliffhangers without even thinking if it's realistic or not
- No one, and I mean no one goes after the mexican cartels and gets to live a week, especially a guy mostly unprotected running a chicken fastfood joint
- Now that he values his life more with the good news about his health, he plays so safe which kinda kills the whole idea of breaking bad
- I dunno but his friendship with Jesse getting weaker ever season, they'll try all sorts of things to make it interesting which will also ruin it

Its some time ago that I have watched it but I cant remember the black dude really "going for the cartels" he didnt start a war on the streets or something.
And about Walt playing safe lol thats why he is crashing his car into these drug dealers and risks his own life and of his family.
To your last argument I can only say that they never really were close friends and I dont know what you're missing here since their conflicts have always been a huge part of the series.

Yeah, four lions is brilliant and while you're about it you should watch all seven brass eye episodes too - I rate it as the best satire of all time.
byrnesam, have you watched The Thick Of It yet? If not, that should really be your next stop. A little familiarity with the machinations of the late Labour government helps, but it's still amazing.
Researchers used brain scans to show that when straight men looked at pictures of women in bikinis, areas of the brain that normally light up in anticipation of using tools, like spanners and screwdrivers, were activated.

thanks. i know the feeling, nothing worse than having shitty internet waiting for it to finish coz you read somewhere it had 7 + stars from some retard then find out its just another pos movie. i watch and screen that kind of crap on a daily basis and i figure it would be of use to people like you who regularly download random movies and tv shows
