my bankroll was 1.9k before this session
I grinded it all the way with some small tournments scores and cash games

you seemed to be pretty good at low stakes tourneys. you should really be playing the 3.30 rebuy 180 mans on stars and the 4.40 180 mans. youd make a killing if you mixed those in with your cash games

If you think you played as well after losing 5bi as you did at start you are lying to yourself. Also if you quit early you protect your mood and confidence

Really I found this pattern of trying to rationalize to keep playing whenever something like this happens,especially when I am unlucky but how hard it is to go e.g. for a 20 minute walk and come back with a clear mind

Or was this not all in one session? If not you just made an artificial snapshot to show you run bad for no reason but to ask for pity

chris, I like tournments, but I LOVE cashgames... I'm pretty sure I could make a lot more money playing tournments, but how much would I really learn about poker? I'm all about becoming the best player I can be, and I believe cash games are the way. its harder, but if I manage to go up all the way no high stakes that would mean a lot more to me

just ended another session today, dediced not to move down, made 4bi's back, so thats nice I guess

Yeah that's great that you know what makes you tick, and confidence is even better
