That's how powerlifters squat. The positioning (femur externally rotated aka toes out) allows them to recruit their adductor magnus, brevis, and longus, along with the gracilis (inner thigh muscles) more as extensors of the hip as opposed to adductors. Really not recommended for the casual lifter for a variety of reasons, but I won't bother getting into them here. If you're really looking to bump your squat, work on the stabilizers of the hip and do some unilateral training (see bilateral deficit). Squat form looks very good and your hip flexibility also looks good. Keep it up.
hard to tell depth imo from that angle.
Looks good overall though and it's definitely a remarkable job

Hard to tell if those are parallel from that angle, but to say only ATG squats count in powerlifting comps is absurd. Most 1200+ squats I have seen are actually pretty well above parallel and are still counted.
