In summary: absolute crap half year, and i have no one to blame but myself. the last 3 months i only played about an average of 5k hands a month due to complaceny.

cant keep going easy on myself like this, these next six months i am going to sit down and crush 200nl for at least 10k

It's a very simple program that lets you set time for a session and when you need to take a break. You can set time of session, and lenght of a break.

Then you can easily just set X Sessions/day and measure your success on that goal.
