MB + stuff

not sure if its just different there or what.
When i opened my mb account years ago they sent me a dummy 0.01$ cents to verify my bank account (there was a number involded i had to re-enter on the site to confirm)
also when i wanted to increase limits i simply had to request for package/envelope with another number to later confirm that i do live on the address.

I also opened new account even tho it was forbidden? but never had any issues with moneybookers.
