I cant give poker advice, but general advice would be to change things in your life during the next 6 months. Try waking up a little earlier or sleeping longer, going out for jogs in the morning or afternoon with your girlfriend before you play poker (exercise helps in general for any professional gamer / poker player), cook most of your food from home and don't eat out more than 1 time a week (I'd suggest 2 times a month at most).
Also, stop drinking any soda, juice, or anything that is not water. Basically try to eat better, exercise, get enough sleep, and switch your whole living style for the next 6 months, it can only help in the long run whether its lifestyle or health wise. |
