Welcome back quite a few of us americans are currently playing on merge poker. Unfortunately you cannot signup for rakeback anymore, and cashouts take 1+ month in check form. If you do deposit, keep a smaller % of your roll on the site just incase the DoJ comes in and shuts it down lolz. Anyways obv online poker is sketchy in USA, so its really up to you if you want to risk it, but I'm loving the fact im still able to play online at all. GL with your studying. |

I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance, by running away from the scene of an accident. | |

Keep playing live poker in your spare time if it's close to you. Once I turned 21 and stopped playing online I started playing 1/2 games at the Horseshoe Hammond in Indiana right outside of Chicago. I've found that the atmosphere is just a lot more enjoyable, as well as being able to chat with the people at the table. It also helps when everyone else really really sucks and you can laugh to yourself at how bad people play. I was playing with the old dude once that was a huge nit but whenever he had a solid hand he ALWAYS limped. Then he'd give up on the flop when he missed and would flip up his cards after folding and be all grumpy and shit. Not to mention that he would buy in for $50 like a noob, call 2/5 of his stack, win an all in, and then just get stacked by someone who buys in full.
I've found that at least with the experience you get a lot of entertaining stories that you can tell your friends about. You don't really get that playing online very much. |

Sup MeaL~
I was wondering where you went, but I assumed that you went inactive after Black Friday.
Don't give up on LP, there's plenty of good content to follow here, especially the MMA threads in the General forum, and still plenty of drama going on as long as we have Baal. |
