I dunno, try to check raise the turn instead of betting the flop?
13 sb on flop. Betting out doesn't even kill a possible gutshot. PF capper isn't in the right position for a check raise on the flop. So maybe see who raises on the flop to see if a turn check-raise is possible.
Your raise on the flop is certainly for value, but this pot is big enough that you need to start thinking about how to defend your hand.
I think the best chance is on the turn... Though the shortstack really exacerbates matters.
I am not an expert, so take my advice with a grain of salt.
Good... Bad... Im the guy with the Gun.

Though even with my advice, you don't get this man to fold on the turn.... flop check-raise may be the only way to do that.
Though I stand by defending on the turn, surely doesn't work in this situation.
