I've been squeezing isos when I have clean image with garbage since forever, is it bad? I might do a filter in HEM to see if I'm making moneyz |

Fuckall samplesize cause I don't do it often but seems to be sound. The big drop was when I obviously fucked up and done it vs a fish midstack in 2011:

I dont think you should polarize your range OOP, ppl call a lot.
So for example is you consider your value range to be AQ++ TT+ KQ++, you squeese JTs++JQo++. Against a nit (raises tight but folds a lot to 3bets) ur value range is AK+ JJ+ and ur bluff range AQ++ KQ++ because of blockers/postflop playability and cause you cant really play them EV+ OOP vs a very tight range.
Ofc its situational, but basically if its a spot where flatting with those hands its EV- then raising them its EV+ |

ppl call a lot when we 3b/squeeze oop, and 4b/fold more ip. Wouldn't it make sense to fix your 3B/squeeze ranges before hand, so each time you get in spots you kinda have a plan?
May be outdated and old, but I like to take the hands I just can't call with, and use them as 3b bluffs, and remove the other shitty hands.

this is spot on in regards to the range of hands you should use to target your nitty opponents, but u also need to exclude AQs AJs, KQs ATs sometimes and just flat call OOP |

this isn't a squeeze ... there is not a raise and a call in front of us, just a limp and a raise, so if we raise there it is a 3bet right? |
