yeah fold pre. raising river here is suicidial. flatting turn is a little meh as well. i would expect villian to be c/c a lot of rivers with Jx, sometimes even overpairs, so if we call turn i think we have to check river when we miss and hope our 9 high is good. I would raise the flop because of this. Raising flop is safer since villian should not have a 3bet flop range vs you. |

Because vs an utg open we should only raise sets for value here. If we are raising all sets, + maybe a few flushdraws as well, then the utg opener can only really 3bet top set for value.
I mean we don't have to raise sets for value here, but if we have anything for value it should be sets.
You could possibly have a 3bet range here if there is some sick range reading going on, but normally there should not be a 3bet range. It's just silly when you rep only JJ. |
