I saw this in a video on DC.
The coach there (not very good btw imo ) "Blah123" advocated having a 3bet/shoving range of 22+ AQs+ AKo+ against people that hardly call 3bets but are way out of line with their 4bets.
Is that a good strategy?

stove that range, they have a bunch of equity against vs JJ+, AK
and so do suited aces |

its mainly for image building but that's not as useful in zoom as it would be in a regular 6 max game.
And in regards to your range, 22+ it should be 22-66 only because they have the same equity vs JJ+ as lower pocket pairs. AQ is a poor hand to get it all in without history.
also not really applicable to playing bellow mid stakes |
