3b is good when they fold a lot to 3bets so EV 3B >EV Call, 22 sucks to play anyway in single raised pot as you can never semi bluff with it, only reason to flat is to have sets in your bvb range Plus with it being deeper the implied odds increase as well
A lot of people would NEVER take check raise line with a king, especially if they 4bet AK.
I think I'd check a set on the turn against a competent aggressive villain, expecting a delayed cbet a lot but if he's one of them guys that would just lead the turn anyway not to risk a check down then cleaner's play makes sense because villain's value range pretty much doesn't exist here in that case.
Even then the play is superthin because he can easily be turning made hands into a bluff a ton here, but I can see this being possible, especially if he both would lead strong made hands and doesn't turn made hands into bluffs.
