I dont understand the river bet size... hero has like $16 left on river you can never ever fold this river once you call turn with only $16 left in $55 pot, and the only reason not to shove turn is if you think he's going to barrel air on river for some reason. could also consider folding turn depending on reads although i'm not really a fan of folding TPTK in 4-bet pot even with these stacks. I flat AK more then i 3bet it vs early position openers, even thought i 3bet it more when stacks get deeper. Just something you could start doing if you get into difficult spots.
