very good bluff, I would hate my life here if I was him |

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same | |

my guess would be Jx or air?
villain's turn overbet seems weird to me but i think he's repping Jx or trying to buy the pot (or has some mid-pp/flushdraw and thinks smaller bet gets played back at too much, which i guess is same thing as trying to buy the pot). andrew calls since a) if villain had air there's a good chance he gives up on river because andrew's range is still uncapped and check-calling 1.5xpot bet oop on paired board looks scary, and b) if villain bets again he's more likely to have Jx but his range is probably capped to exclude QT and boats due to flop check while andrew's range isn't, so he thinks villain's capable of folding Jx and decides to c/r when villain bets. i guess QT doesn't matter much since he can't c-c that turnbet with it but could still have QTclubs maybe, whereas villain probably has 0 combos of it.
or tl;dr villain's range is capped i think
he also has blocker to KK which is prob the one hand villain would slowplay on flop
(in b4 analysis gets shot down in 1 sentence) |
