im pretty confused about my bet here on the riv but villain is 63/13/0, I didnt think he would lay down a K and my hand looks like a missed draw.

much better to go for a standard valuebet like 3/5 pot?

Would you ever bluff the river this way? If you think this is not a good valuebet, that would mean he folds every K, which is probably 90% of his range.

bet larger on turn, he will never fold a draw or a pair because he has position, river is 100% fine as well

You misunderstand what i said. I am not saying we should be balanced against a fish here. I am saying, he probably never bluffs here this way and for good reason. The mind sometimes plays tricks on us and tries to convince us either way.
