You should never 3bet this pre, it's not close. You wanna fold it. Its not a 3bettable hand vs most CO's or SB's while in pos.
He can't be a reasonable reg when out of all textures, he decided to float you with no equity on a board that smacks your reraising range. Note his turn and river sizing, turn sizing is super bad. |

You wanna have a tight 3betting range OOP. You should never even consider 3betting a hand like the one you posted.
Bear in mind, you have little, if any fold equity pre-flop in these positions (or when OOP to a dude HU in general). |
