I always look at longple hands and think wow sick bluff. Then see him click call come the river and find out it was for value all along.

What do you do if the river is 8c and he shoves? What did you put him on? Diamond combo draw?

pretty sure he put him on a range of hands.

Let me take a wild guess: villain's range pf is super wide, he has shitloads of gutshots backoor flushdraws etc. that will play back.

Longple's raising range is wide as well, because he has a standard monkey swede image so he expects to be played back at a decent amount.

I'm guessing given positions and the fact that longple is very much so capable re-raising Tx hands etc. and not just polarized rang.villain should be inclined to re-raise the top of his range on the flop. So when he raises turn only made hands that beat longple are the remaining combos of the top of villain's range that decided to slowplay and even when he will lose some % of the time to those slowplayed combos Longple has the odds to call against the other junk villain decided to play back with.

Did I get at least anything right 'ple? :D

93% Sure!

theres just so many draws, and maloyd is the type that probably never will play anything else then 22 77 TT like this, ever ever for value, sometimes he even might repop flop, and sometimes he'll slowplay turn if he decided to call flop (idk there are few combos for value atleast) i block 77 and my range is wide and i have alot of draws myself, so with his straightdraws and low FDs and shit i figured he can spazz expecting me to fold alot of draws on the turn, and have some draws to the river, aswell as maybe make a herofold with my AT type hands, idk hes kinda bad i just didnt think he would do this with like AA or KK or something

alot of rivers would suck balls tho
