is this similar principle as the AQ hand on the flop?
He will barrel cards u hit and it's good for balance reasons.
Because I'd tend to c/r here most of the time

ye i like both ch/calling and ch/raiseing these and i mix it up a bit, he seems to like to reraise me alot today so i went for ch/c this time
the sweet think about these hands is that if i hit a straightdraw i can put agression on and raise turn or barrel turn if i raised flop and not rep alot of air
and when i hit a pair i cal still rep all these airhands and can get looked up fairly thin
